UAF - a threat to Democracy

Ignored by the controlled media, across the country the violent thugs of the fascist UAF are attempting to smash democracy by attacking election meetings attended by BNP members, already hustings have been threatened or invaded in Essex and in Blackpool and now we hear of further meeting in Harborough has been cancelled following threats of violence.

The media must appreciate that these are the tactics of a totalitarian state. The UAF, who call themselves "Unite against Fascism" in rather the same manner in which a group of rabbits might say "Bunnies against cottontails", are supported by the three main political parties, which effectively makes this state sponsored political violence. Yet they remain silent and refuse to report what is going one.

Is there no journalist left in this country with a remaining iota of honour and decency to truthfully report the news, if only in memory of a democracy which millions of our grandfathers' generation died for?

I fear the answer to your question is no. The media are not our allies, they caved in a long time ago.

Sarah, a few questions if I may. Sorry, in advance, if you have answered something similar in the past.

What happens when the UAF is reported to the police? Do they simply not respond. Do they ignore you and your complaints. Have you ever obtained evidence that would stand in a court of law? If you have, what have the police and or newspapers done when you have shown them this evidence? Has there ever been a case against the UAF in court?

I ask simply because I find it hard to accept that with proper evidence and eye witness accounts that something, outside the biased media reports, cannot be done to stop these thugs.

I am studying law, so I still have some belief that something can be done to stop the abuse of power, even in Britain or South Africa.

Some insight would be greatly appeciated.

Thanks CSA

I think that there are other people who might be able to give you a better answer to that question. I do know that there have been various attacks on BNP members which have not led to prosecution.

One being an attack with a claw hammer, and this bit of film clearly showing a UAF thug throwing a dart at Nick Griffin (it hit a bodyguard)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e90kY-HkN4A&feature=related after which the CPS said they had insufficient evidence to act

Some UAF members and one of their leaders were arrested and charged with conspiracy to organise violent disorder.

However, that was after an attack on the EDF and the police, not one of their attacks on the BNP

You are in for a rude awakening my future colleague.
But I am glad to see there are still some law students with heads on their shoulders.
Sarah
Needless to say but the reation of the police (or lack thereof)is so telling. It really seems that democracy is fast becoming extinct in the UK and Europe.

The tanker has to turn around.. It is turning around and when it does there'll be no stopping it.

The post WW2 establishment in this country adheres to the following quote:

Lavrenti Beria, the head of the NKVD, to a group of US communist students at Lenin University in 1953.

“Degradation and conquest are companions. To be conquered, a nation must be degraded … degradation can be accomplished insidiously … and effectively by consistent and continual defamation … continued and constant degradation of national leaders, national institutions, national practices and national heroes must be systematically carried out.

“By attacking the character and morals … by bringing about, through contamination of youth, a general degraded feeling, command of the populace is facilitated to a very marked degree. The attack on the mind of a nation involves changing loyalties, we must have a command of their values. In the animal, the first loyalty is to himself. This is destroyed by demonstrating to him … showing that he does not remember, cannot act or does not trust himself.

“The second loyalty is to his family unit … this is destroyed by lessening the value of marriage, by making and easiness of divorce. The next loyalty is to his friends and local environment … this is destroyed by lowering his trust. The next is to the state … and this is the only loyalty once the State is founded as a Communist State …

“By perverting the institutions of a nation and bringing about a general degradation … a population can be brought psychologically to heel…”

Seemingly modern so called "democracy" = COMMUNISM ... its being played out now and that's the future for us all. Ultimately those against this diktat will have to play the commies game to overthrow them. Be prepared!

COMMUNISM IS NOT DEAD....YET!

CSA, I think you are probably pretty naive. In the 21st century, law is not about justice any longer, but rather it is about manipulation of power. You might get better results by studying military tactics.

I cannot think of any country in which the law has not been thoroughly corrupted, whether it be the US, the UK, Canada, Australia, SA, etc. It is simply a caricature of what it was intended to be. I would point to Baraq Obama as a prime example of how the law has been dishonored by its own, the man who claims to know the law and recklessly violates it like a bull in a china shop.

It would appear from the College Green attack that the police are under orders from the Home Office not to follow up attacks on the BNP.

And not even to intervene when officers witness these attacks in progress, at least in some parts of the country.

This is what I understand happened at College Green in June 2009.

I have been informed that it is not legal even to hold a demonstration on College Green, outside the Houses of Parliament in Westminster. But what happened went far beyond that.

In June last year, after Nick Griffin and Andrew Brons were elected as MEPs, they were scheduled (legally) to hold a press conference on the Green.

Having just got underway, the conference was disrupted by a violent gang of UAF/Searchlight members. The BNP MEPs were swiftly got away by members of their own security team. It was only the presence of the security team that prevented physical injury to the MEPs.

Officers of the Metropolitan Police witnessed both the illegal invasion of College Green and the attack on the MEPs but stood back and did nothing.

To refrain from taking appropriate action as they did, the officers would have to have been under direct orders from the Home Office, who must therefore have been in collaboration with the UAF/Searchlight street gang.

None of the old gang politicians spoke out against this attack. Nor did any major news commentator that I know of.

I believe that no-one was ever charged for the attack but the BNP driver of the MEPs' vehicle was evidently charged for an offence of some kind - I guess for driving through the crowd of attackers and therefore making them get out of the way but I don't know for sure, or if the charge was dropped.

Any which way, Brits now live in a one-party state that operates by brute force, as and when it feels like it. In principle, this is no different from China, Russia, Iran, North Korea or Hitler's Reich.

This unhappy state of affairs will persist (and get worse) until a BNP Government is elected.

That won't happen this time round because too many voters are either asleep or could care less about any election so long as they keep getting their dole cheques for their cheap booze and wide-screen HD TV.

They may, or may not, be shaken out of their complacency in time.

I hope they are but that may turn out to be a forlorn hope.

@ Sarah

Thanks for showing atleast some of what the UAF are capable of. It seems that they can get away with assualt but if a member of the BNP or EDF simply utter a word or lift a finger they are guilty of the worst sin of all. Racism.

I feel kind of funny saying this, but here goes.

I think that the courts in South Africa were more independant back in Apartheid than they are currently. Even though they could not rule against the content of the legislation implemented by an ACT of parliament, they could rule against the legislation if the procedure to make it law was not followed. There are many such cases that show that the courts did indeed do this under Apartheid. Especially surrounding anti-apartheid protests and other such gatherings when the administrators did not follow correct procedure when dealing with protestors. Funny how back in those days you could get that protection from the courts, but now if you disagree with the prevailing political ideal, you get none. It is a sad day indeed. I feel that it is probably much the same in England at the moment. This is why you are fighting against it. You fight for the belief that all are equal before the law of the land and that the indigenous population have a right to their own country and to defend that country.

Back to my previous post. Are there perhaps other websites, blogs or publications that deal a bit more with the questions I asked? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yep, probably am, no disagreements there. However, I think it is good to be taken out of your comfort zone from time to time in order to prepare for what must be done in the future.

I never cease to be amazed that there are white people who still trust the system. The system and all of its constituent parts is your deadly enemy. Every part of it works for the destruction of white civilization and the white race. The politicians, judges, lawyers, police chiefs, media bosses and especially the bankers and financiers are vicious, amoral scum. The rulers of the world made a mistake once in 1933 when they allowed the German people elect a government that wasn't in their pocket. They will never allow that to happen again. If the BNP were ever likely to take power (assuming that the leaders haven't sold out) then they would end up like the Polish leadership last week. Brown, Cameron and Clegg are all communists. Their other labels are irrelevant. They all approve of what the UAF do and know that the media will never call them on it. Democracy in Britain is a joke. This place becomes more Orwellian every month.

I am the previous anon poster
Dr.D is correct about studying military tactics especially the older ones work for law
I would suggest Musashi ;the book of five rings and even the chinese "art of war"
See you in court soon I hope.
And dont let them teach you bull, question and question hard.

You are more correct than you think about the old judiciary , look up cases regarding the group areas act and you will see how the old judges dealt with it.
But in our modern democracy that kind of fairness "justice" can no longer be found.
If justice is eroding ,the competency of the judiciary is diminishing ,the prosecuting authority is subservient to the ANC (Julius malema via Adv.simelane, Adv. Adriaan Lampbrecht demoted and others involved in the Zuma trial)
It is clear that the head of the national prosecuting authority who is supposed to be politically neutral is the inside man for the powers that be.
That is why this trend in Britain is so telling.
DO WE HAVE A DEMOCRACY IN SA????????
All oposition to the ANC is being wiped out in any way, shape or form and do you really want to tell me that no one is spotting the plot?
The same pattern is repeating itself in the UK and Europe.AND THEY ARE NOT SPOTTING THE PLOT EITHER?
Come on Britain a law student from SA is starting to smell the rat and yet you don't........?

Demonstrations are illegal within one mile of Parliament and police armed with machine guns are strategically stationed around the House. In the College Green Attack the police stood and watched and the attackers must have been told beforehand that Griffin would be speaking and they were allowed to get to him. This was an act of terrorism and is a clear examle of the political terrorism used by the modern British state.

Mister Fox

Thank you for this confirmation.

To this hour, so much of the British electorate still seem oblivious to the peril they are in, worse than at any time during the world wars of the last century.
